Cancellation and Cut Down Policy
All hotel rooms are subject to a cancellation policy depending on which kind of rates/reservation you have chosen. The cancellation period and cancellation fee may vary depending on the room tariff. Please contact the hotel to have more information.
For individual booking (both online and offline) – The cancellation must be done 48 hours before the arrival date. In case of cancellation or no-show within 48 hours of the arrival date, the reservation amount is non-refundable.
The cutting down of reservations should be done by 4:00 pm on the previous day. Otherwise one-night fee will be applicable as a late cancellation fee.
Valuables
The hotel does not carry any responsibility in case of lost items from your room.

Hotel Damage Policy
The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure.
The Hotel will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
